🎯 Objective

To diversify company revenue by implementing an integrated ERP system based on Odoo 18 CE, focusing on supply chain visibility, marketplace integration, and fulfillment automation with AFM Fulfillment (Malaysia).

  1. Odoo 18 CE (Community Edition) hosted on-premise
    • Core: Inventory, Sales, CRM, E-Commerce, Accounting
    • Integration middleware via REST API
  2. AFM Fulfillment Integration
    • API-based inventory sync and fulfillment update
    • Real-time stock movement tracking between local and AFM warehouse
  3. E-Commerce & Marketplace Integration
    • Integrate Shopee and Lazada APIs
    • Sync catalog, stock, and order status
    • Serve as the Single Point of Truth for all item and order data
  4. Payment Gateway Integration
    • Malaysia gateways: Atome, SenangPay, Curlec, DuitNow QR
    • Unified payment interface and reconciliation
  5. CRM Enhancements & Social Media Sales Dashboard
    • WhatsApp, TikTok Shop order pipeline consolidation
    • Dashboard for sales activities from all digital touchpoints
  6. Logistic Integration Module
    • Ninjavan, GDEX, J&T, DHL, City-Link API connection
    • Real-time shipment tracking updates into Odoo
  7. Security & Connectivity
    • Secure site-to-site access using Twingate between on-prem Odoo and AFM Fulfillment system
  8. Malaysia E-Invoicing Module
    • Compliant with LHDN (IRBM) e-Invoicing requirements (Peppol ready)
    • Auto-generation and submission of e-Invoices from Odoo accounting and sales modules
    • Scheduled for go-live before nationwide enforcement
    • Integration testing with LHDN sandbox
